Refund Policy

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, so you can evaluate the Service before you pay anything. You can cancel during the trial and owe nothing.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We do not provide refunds for periods that have already been billed, including partial periods after a cancellation. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [contact-email] and we will look into it in good faith.

Refunds to your customers for payments you collect through the Service are handled by you through your own Stripe account, under your own refund policy.
